Last updated: 06/24/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Social City LLC (“SocialCity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the SocialCity platform, the website at socialcitycard.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

- Communications you send us, such as support requests or feedback.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, offers viewed or redeemed, and timestamps.
- Device and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and general location.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your membership;
- Process payments and manage billing;
- Connect members with venues and deliver, display, and track offers;
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, and (where permitted) marketing;
- Improve and personalize the Service and develop new features;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and

3. Payment Processing
Membership payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive limited information, such as confirmation of payment and partial card details, to manage your membership.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With venues, in a limited form, when you redeem or interact with their offers (for example, to confirm a valid membership);
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring), under obligations to protect the information;
- For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SocialCity, our users, or others; and
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Service Providers We Use
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, which may include providers for hosting and infrastructure, database services, authentication, payment processing, transactional email, and error and performance monitoring. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how the Service is used, and (where applicable) support advertising and retargeting. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Account information: You may review and update your account details by signing in.

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Age Restriction
The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years of age. It is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 21, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
