How do I know what offer to pick?+
Pick something that gets members in the door without hurting your margins. SocialCity doesn't set your offer — you do — and we recommend consulting your attorney or your state's alcohol beverage authority if you're unsure about compliance.
Can I change or pause my offer?+
Yes. Edit the offer from your business dashboard any time. Switching to a custom offer or making material changes re-queues for a quick admin review.
How do servers redeem?+
The member shows their phone. Your server taps "Confirm" on the redemption screen. That's it. No app install, no new hardware.
How is double-dipping prevented?+
Members can only redeem one offer per calendar day across the entire network. The limit is enforced at the database level — race conditions can't slip through.
